HOA DOCUMENTS

The Deer Island Homeowners Association of Killarney clarifies and promulgates that the ARB shall be composed of all HOA Directors; 

All ARB approvals must occur solely within a meeting of the full ARB, and approval must be supported by a then current majority of the ARB;

No individual shall have the authority to act on behalf of the ARB with regard to approval.

The ARB process shall follow all requirements of a regular Board meeting, including an agenda listing matters to be addressed, date, time and location of the meeting posted to the community; the Secretary shall keep the minutes of the ARB meeting and post them when approved.
